THATCH-SAFE® FireboardDM is an Environmentally Friendly Magnesium Oxide thatch fireboard applied on top of the rafters and fixed with nails or screws. Battens are then fixed at appropriate centres. Intumescent mastic is recommended for the joints. This gives your thatched property fire protection and gives you peace of mind.
